Our mission is making better care possible for animals through products that create a quality work environment for the people that use them. With that said, your satisfaction with Allevo products is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds & Shipping Returns

To process a return and request a refund, please contact support@allevovet.com. Our team will assist you with instructions and a shipping label.

You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning a product(s) unless you receive the wrong product or the product is damaged (i.e., during transit). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the credit card used for original payment, and your refund will typically post between 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@allevovet.com for assistance.
